Me in a nutshell: old soul/elder millennial/lover of country life/dog mom/wild hair haver/storyteller

I’ve been at this full time for 10 years now. I know, right!? In that time I’ve been fortunate enough to attend hundreds of weddings.

I am based in Ottawa-Gatineau, but would count myself lucky to follow along on your story just about anywhere!

If being in front of a camera makes you want to crawl out of your skin… you’re exactly my kind of people.

You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to “be good at photos.”
You don’t need to perform anything for me.

I’ll step in when you need direction, disappear when you don’t, and keep things moving in a way that feels easy and natural—not staged or overdone. Think of me as a steady presence in the background, paying attention to the in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening.

The quiet stuff. The weird stuff. The real stuff.

I’ve been photographing weddings and elopements for years across Ottawa and the Gatineau Valley, and I approach every day with the same goal: to make you feel comfortable enough to just exist in it.

No pressure. No pretending.
Just photos that feel like you were actually there.

A dining table with a metal mesh tablecloth, a small amber-colored vase with white and purple flowers, a white salt shaker, and a folded gold napkin with a pearl necklace on top. In the background are chairs with red and green cushions and wooden furniture.

Experience is key. Trends are so much fun, but having the know-how and people skills to maneuver such an important day is a quality that can’t be bought or replaced with expensive equipment.

It was intentional of me to mention front and centre that intuition is a key part of my process and style. I attribute my ability to ‘read the room’ and make everyone as comfortable as possible some of my greatest qualities.

I’d love to be able to count you both among some of my favourite couples, friends + memories!

  • built a career out of people saying “we’re awkward” (and proving them wrong)

  • once gave a bride the literal shirt off my back so she could sit down

  • more interested in real than perfect

  • the in-between moments are usually the ones that matter

  • quietly paying attention the whole time
